I am seeking for Visa Sponsorship program , abroad.

By God's grace I am very gifted with Donors Communication skills which indeed is an essential part of the Philanthropy movement. I can be part of any Organization or Foundation fund Raising development team who advances development-specific communication strategies across audiences to help with Donors and investors Communication, Marketing and Donors engagement skills Working in collaboration with prospective donors and your membership program leads. I can contribute to the implementation of a development communications plan and calendar for engaging and stewarding supporters through a variety of channels.

I can help to embark on a Donors engagement Campaign online including in person, peer to peer Campaign for donors commitment action for project implementations.

For the Past three years after Covid-19 Situation that affected the Organization operation both in Ghana and South Africa, I have done donors and investors search and have identified Potential Donors and investors around the Globe who show interest in our Organization Mission, vision and projects objectives and they have become prospective donors for our Organizations through effective communications, marketing experience in nonprofit sector.

I can create storytellers that can create communications that articulate your Organization mission, vision, values and impact to donors, Social investors and prospective donors of all levels.

I will have excellent time and project management skills and the ability to collaborate with Donors for donor engagement for a transformational period of growth.

The reason why I want to participate in Other Organizations jobs, events, and volunteer programs is that, I am connected with Potential Donors, Social Investors and volunteers around the Globe, how ever there is a need to to participate in Visa sponsorship program to work with other Organization in abroad to engage the prospective donors to take action for their Organization project in their Country and i believe that it will help me to build more trust and create an effective relationship with them for network building towards our Organization projects implementation in Africa in future..

I am seeking a Visa sponsorship program or Charity job,where an organization will support me in obtaining a visa to live and work legally as a volunteer through an Organization abroad, such as in the UK, Canada, Germany, Japan, USA and among others.
The truth is that all that i need at the moment to travel to abroad to work for Other Organization that will also help me to build donors trust and relationship for network building is travel visa. Once i get travel visa i can use the visa to get Donors to pay for my travel costs

I would also like to comment that as i am applying for various Visa Sponsorship events and Job Opportunities abroad, the one who will approve my application first is the one i shall work for mark my word.
So if you see me still applying for abroad Visa Sponsorship program, it means none of them is not yet approved my application. First come first serve that is what i believe!
I shall let the world know the one who would able to assist me get Visa Sponsorship program abroad as they help me obtain visa to travel abroad.
Take note that the Organization is started by self help with support of one time backers. There is nothing like generating income through membership or Government contributions.
That is why i have found out that there is a need to build Donors involvement network abroad.

I do believe that as i offer services and Opportunities for other Organizations the same measurement will be measured back to my Organizations projects implementations in multiple times in future.

When Bibles talk about fruit, The God of all mankind is talking about human Character. What is in you is you. Your Character reflect to the world through what identifies in you. If you are Bank, Organization, Institution Church, Religion or any group and individuals that crook your clients and people, your services will be identify in your actions and very soon you are going to loose all your Potential customers!

If you are a Government in any country around the world and what identifies in you are full of deception trust God, It will not be long Your Political government is going to be remove from the world system completely!

There is no hide and seen in Genuine people. Genuine people are very straight even in times of Challenges. Even though there are no any perfect human being anywhere around the Globe, how ever you need to be genuine person. Learn how to say i am sorry if you do something wrong. Do not pretend yourself what you are not. Be real that is what i believe!

I do believe the word of God in what ever step i take.

Hebrew 11: 6 says,

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

I do believe that it is the God of all mankind who has given me this Vision, Mission and projects objectives

I also do believe that the one who give vision and mission provide skills, creativity, knowledge through people to help. He also bring in genuine people from every corner of the earth in to bring the mission into a reality.

I have found out that the God of all mankind has connected me with Potential audience around the Globe. That is why there is a need to meet them in person to build trust and Create an effective relationship with them for network building. That is why i am not ashamed to apply for other Charity Job opportunities and attend to an events that will lead to trust and network building. It will also help me to learn more and gain more experience from different cultures.

At the moment I am seeking Visa Charity Sponsored Job or Visa Funded Framed charity work that will grant me opportunity to travel abroad to legally work and stay in abroad through other Organizations such as in UK, Canada, Japan, Germany America and among others.

New Organizational structure building.

I am building new Organizational structure for my Organizations that will Benefit Global Communities, For I do believe that all things are possible unto them that believe! I do believe that with the God of all mankind, every impossibilities shall become possible!

The new Organizational structure that i am building for my organization aims to surround myself, my mision, vision and project objectives with the right people, those who are positive, open-minded, and creative in nature. Travel abroad to attend various events in person will help me to meet people that view things from a different perspective and move by faith to support my very Clear Mission and project objectives. The truth is that i am not building self centered new Organizational structure, rather i am building diversities Inclusive and inclusion Organizational structure fir Capacity building,

Global Potential prospective Funders, Donors, Investors and volunteers engagement will Include the follow :

1, Signatories from Global Communities: However I am using my current Personal Bank account to Funds raise with Crowdfunding platform from the Start to Raise Funds to pay for my travel cost to attend events abroad for in person network building for my Organizations. No body will do for me it i don't!

2, The network building will include Parenting Partners such as Genuine Global Political Governments, Institutions, Churches, Small and Large Funding groups, Skills service providers and among others.

Parents will play their part as parents, volunteers will play their part as such Including workers, ect.

There are three main things that i am focusing on:

1, I am still sharing the word free of Charge

2 I am embarking email marketing for abroad Charity Visa Sponsored Job or program that will lead to in person network Building.

3, I am Searching for Tenders and supply Chain Job Opportunities. I am already connected with three Shipping Agencies at Tema Port who are waiting for me to get Supply Chain and Tenders Jobs or contract to work with them. If i get Supply Chain or Tenders Opportunities, it shall support my mission trip abroad for in person network building for new Organizational structure building. If I get direct abroad Visa sponsored by my network that will be great!

Those who are operating in steps of faith like i do have got nothing to do with Unbelief, deception, wickedness negativity, selfishness. All things are possible unto them that belief!

I belief that there are Potential audience from Global Communities who shows interest in my Gods given Mission, vision, activities and projects objectives. All the backers we need to help this good cause are already there around the globe. some are already connect with us. Others are on their way coming into their numbers.

They are going to prove their support and their commitment in due time. As i already showed up my comitment in difficult situations!

Take note that all the Organizations I started by self help and the support of backers are Private Public Benefit Organizations which at the moments operate both in Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe. We aim to operate in all Africa Continent and beyond.even thorough we are stuck due to the luck of contract and donors performance.

I do believe that prospective potential donors will perform their duties very soon as parenting Partners, Backers and volunteers which some of them are already helping in Kind. Take note that my current situation does not defined me. I am defined by what the God of all mankind has said about my destiny and the destinies of others we help. And OUR destinies are in his hands only!

One of the revelations and Saving knowledge i have received from the God of all mankind is that, Christianity is Individuals different callings of the God of all mankind. There are some Christians they may never set their feet in Church premises, but the God of all mankind knows them and he will surely save them y his grace and saving power.

That does not mean having fellowship with fellow Christians is wrong. That is big no!!!. Myself i do fellowship with others, event that it is all about my personal relationship with the God of all mankind and my relationship with my fellow human being everywhere around the Globe. That is what i believe in my Christian walk with the God of all mankind!

There is no pride, arrogant, and limitation in the life of those who trust God in all things and operate in Faith. In respective of Challenges!

Documenting My life can be a way to leave a personal legacy, to share my experiences with future generations, and to preserve my memories for myself and others. Every Mission and vision Start by one person. How ever it is people who will bring it into a reality.

That is why i am building new structure through inclusive inclusion and perseverance approach.

I started Compassion Soul Winners Outreach International and Unique Compassion Soul Wining Foundation by self help and the support of one time backers. I started Compassion, in 2008 and started Unique Compassion, in 2018.

I extended the feathers of Compassion, to South Africa in 2012 and registered it with Department of Social Development in 2013 and also Registered it with SARS as PBO in 2022 . with support of backers. I also Registered with CSD for Supply Chain programs

I started Unique Compassion, with support of backers in 2018 with the aim of Supporting the Vision, Mission and the work of Compassion Soul Winners Outreach International in critical situations.

The following Challenges have affected my Personal life and the Organizations operations both in Ghana, Zimbabwe and South Africa.:

1, Covid-19 situation has brought a huge negative effect in my life and in the Organization.

2, Immigration Issue in South Africa has brought a huge stagnation in my life and in the Organization.

3 The negative mindset of South Africa government and some of the South Africans concerning foreigners have brought a huge Financial crisis in the Organizations.

What is my Campaign is all about? :

To share my personal story as individual Volunteer servant leader and Fundraiser in Nonprofit sector to Raise Funds to help me pay for travel costs to attend an event in UK for Funders and backers network building that will lead to both online and in person Funds raising. It will also help to build an effective relationship with Donors, Funders and volunteers from Global Communities.

As Nonprofit Volunteer servant leader. In times of Crises for the Organizations there is a need to prove a personal good Char actor build personal development, trust and resilience. Positive self-regard prevents exhaustion and enables productivity and efficiency at work.Of Course, I have got good dreams, vision mission, creative new movement and project objectives. How ever how do I take good care of an above-mentioned Mission if I do not take care of my personal development that will help me to make a positive impact?

That is why building personal relationships across the globe is an essential by attending volunteer events, Conference, Short term Education programs in person.

Due to my current Financial situation I am seeking Sponsored Visas voluntary Charity programs abroad for network and trust building. It is important to test real Donors and sponsors actions to know genuine ones, not deception!.

Which means that my story that I am sharing with the world aims to raise Funds to pay for my travel cost personally to attend events in abroad for volunteers, donors, Funders, Institutions and Fund Raisers network building for our projects in both Countries.

No Contract they are still prospective Partners.

I am going to work effectively to search for Tenders and supply Chain programs opportunities on the platforms that I have connected the Organizations with both in Ghana and South Africa. Supply Chain and Tenders for Ghana will come to Ghana. Supply chain and Tenders Opportunities for South Africa will go to South Africa. Which means that i am going to work together with Office bearers both in Ghana and South Africa for Global network opportunities..I am focusing on my outreach Champaign on Sponsored Programs from various platforms due to our current situation

I am already reaching other Entities for their abroad Charity visa Sponsorship program to go and serve as Temporal Volunteer job to build trust, network and effective relationship.
